If you have placed an order with LENCE.com, and we have found that the information for the product is not accurate, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you a choice to change to other product with the same value and the option to top up.
Although rare, sometimes different monitors and display settings may display color of the images on screen differently. We are unable to make any guarantee that the color display on your monitor will be the same as the actual product received. But, we do offer a 7 days hassle free return policy, in which you have the option to return any new and unused back to us.
When you register an account or shop with LENCE.com, you will receive an email confirmation about the registration and confirmation that the order has been placed successfully. These are just a notification of the same, and not an actual contract of the sale. The contract is only entered after LENCE.com has dispatched your order from our warehouse, which you will be receiving a dispatch confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped (CONTRACT). If for any reason, the email that was sent is not delivered, including but not limited to the reason that the email was not delivered due to spam filter, firewall, or any reason beyond of our control, the contract is still considered entered. We may however attempt to communicate with you through the phone notifying you that your order has been dispatched.

CREDIT CARD VERIFICATION
To protect the security of credit card holders, we may conduct standard verification process to verify that the order is placed by the owner of the credit card at all times, as required by the credit card company.
When an order is being processes, we will determine on whether the particular order will need further verification before dispatch, we will notify you as soon as possible to request for further documents to verify your identity. Once the verification process is completed, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually in within the same or on the next working day.
GIFT VOUCHER
From time to time, during some special event or promotional period, we may send out gift voucher to our valued customer, or our valued customers will also be able to request for a gift voucher after a certain amount of spending. We will make sure that these gift vouchers are securely stored on our database, but we are unable to replace if a gift voucher sent to you is lost, or is stolen and used by anyone. If any gift voucher is found to be obtained by inappropriate ways such as falsifying the voucher, LENCE.com reserve the rights not to honor or disable those voucher.
The gift voucher is made as a transferable voucher to anyone who can legally place an order with LENCE.com, therefore the shopping cart automatically deemed that the gift voucher is used when a correct code is entered, regardless of the person who is placing the order.
ORDERS
• Please check properly on the item details such as size, item number.
• Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment.

DELIVERY
• Around 10 days from the payment date (Klang Valley).
• Around 15 days from the payment date (Off Klang Valley).
• Require full address, name, person's contact number.
• For any incorrect information, we will not responsible for any delay or non-deliveries.
• We are unable to guarantee that the parcel are always delivered in the stipulated time, especially when there are any irregularities due to holiday, flight delay, union strike, weather, natural disaster and others.

ADJUSTMENT
• For any adjustment or changes on the orders, customer MUST notify us within
• 24 Hours from the payment date.
RETURN
• You may return any new/unused product back to us in within the 7 days period with original packaging and tags after your order has been delivered to you.
• You are required to communicate with us in within 7 days with your order number, and the reason for returning the product, and the product should arrived at our warehouse in within 15 days from the day your order has been delivered.
• The cost of postage and responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches our warehouse, we are not responsible if the item is not delivered.
• If we find that the product is not suitable for a return after inspection, we reserve the sole discretion to refuse the return request.
CANCELLATION
• MUST be made within 24 Hours from the payment date, 25% charge on the total amount
• of a bill for cancellation.
• No cancellation is allowed if time is later than the above condition.
REJECT
• Only damaged or defect item is allowed to reject. The postage of the rejected item will be full
• refund and deduct from the next order (please attach together with a copy of postage bill).
• No refund on the delivered item. Same item or same price of item will be as substitutions.
OUT-OF-STOCK
• Customer will be informed within 5 days from the payment date to process new order.
• (with customer agreed duedate ). Else, full refund of the total amount of the order will
• be made.
• No refund on the delivered item. Same item or same price of item will be as a replacement.
